PROJECT MANAGEMENT
From sales order to commissioning,
FTI takes absolute ownership of your project. Every job is assigned a Project
Manager who diligently plans each phase and drives every task, through to completion. This single point of contact saves time
and minimizes confusion. The PM is also responsible for the overall quality of the equipment and FTI’s ability to satisfy
all agreed upon tool specifications.
PROCESS SUPPORT
FTI will study your application and provide technical process support, including the creation of an equipment spec,
cost of ownership analysis and feasibility of tool operation.

MANUFACTURING/TEST
FTI electrical, mechanical and plumbing assemblers and machine shop operators are skilled craftsmen, experienced in
stainless steel machining, welding and finishing. Most sheet metal work is done in house as well. Equipment frames are custom
dimensioned and hand welded, based upon your application. Plumbing specialists configure solvent lines, pumps, filters
and all pneumatic control tubes. Skilled electrical technicians mount components,
wire control panels, and lead subsystem and full (final) system test/debug prior to shipment.
FIELD SERVICES
FTI resources include seasoned and versatile, international field service professionals experienced in capital equipment
commissioning and in conducting major field engineering projects. Our technical specialists support warranty service, telephone
tech help and full service contracts, which includes regularly scheduled preventive maintenance as well as system troubleshooting.
